Because our products are food items, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are issued once the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened olive oil bottles
• Products that have been used or consumed
• Items returned without prior contact
